Group A - 6 to 9 years

Group B - 10 to 12 years

Group C - 13 to 14 years.

S$10 per participant

Registration Instructions :

Registrations form can be obtained from any Gurdwara in Singapore. Completed forms must be submitted to the Sri Guru Singh Sabha Youth Wing by 18 Jun 2004 (Closing Date). A letter of acceptance will be send to you when processing is completed. You can also register online at www.singhsabha.org

Payment S$10 Registrations fee is payable when submiting the registration form or on the samelan day itself, official receipt will be issued when payment is made. Payment by cheque can be made payable to Sri Guru Singh Sabha.
